A CD compilation of Philippine customs regulations and related laws published from 1990 to the present was recently released by PortCalls Asia and CBPro, Inc. The first of its kind in the Philippines, the CD puts together Customs Administrative Orders (CAOs), Customs Memorandum Orders (CMOs), and customs-related laws (Republic Acts, Trade and Customs Code of the Philippines, etc).

Featuring a search engine, the application is designed to assist importers, exporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other cargo service providers, students as well as policy makers in their search for CAOs, CMOs or any other customs-related regulations.
Customs eLib allows for greater research efficiency as it makes possible quick and easy search of customs regulations using among others, key words, CAO or CMO numbers, or year published.

Search results may be printed. Online updates for 2011 regulations are available for free. Yearly upgrades from 2012 onwards are also available but through a separate annual subscription.

The CD’s introductory price is PhP5,000 net. To order copies, email info@portcalls.com.
