Manila-based Pac-Atlantic Group of Companies recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Total Soft Bank Ltd. (TSB) of Korea.

Under the MOU, the two parties will form a strategic business alliance for the purpose of marketing and selling TSB’s products in the Philippines.

TSB is a maritime logistics solution company with leading edge technologies, industrial experiences and reliable service qualities.  TSB’s business solutions include proven applications in ship automation, terminal operations, port logistics and intermodal services.

Pac-Atlantic Group, with its extensive professional network in the logistics industry, will assist in promoting TSB’s business solutions to local industry stakeholders.
