Kerry Logistics has started construction of a 26,000-square-meter logistics facility in Wuxi, China, an economic beehive in Jiangsu Province.

Wuxi Logistics Centre will have a capacity of 10,000 tonnes when it is completed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

The facility will be the first logistics center in southern Jiangsu to focus on the electronics, auto spare parts, retail, and pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

The logistics is located in the Wuxi New District Wangzhuang Industrial Park. It connects directly to National Highway 312 and is opposite the Wuxi Export Processing Zone. The logistics facility is also close to Wuxi Airport and the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway.
