gslHong Kong-based carrier Gold Star Line (GSL) is starting a new China-Korea-Philippines service (CKP), offering faster transit time.

The new service’s rotation is Qingdao-Pusan-Shanghai-Manila (South)-Manila (North)-Qingdao.

In a statement, GSL said CKP offers direct weekly Shanghai-Manila calls, with a five-day transit time. It also offers the fastest transit time from Qingdao to Manila.

Aside from CKP, GSL also operates a China-South Philippines Service and South China-Manila Express service.

GSL owns a fleet of 21 vessels, has 16 services calling Asia, Africa, and East Mediterranean.
