Intra-Asia specialist MCC Transport announced the launch this month of its Intra Asia 3 Service, (IA-3), a new weekly service linking Muara (Brunei), Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia), General Santos and Davao City (both Philippines).

The IA-3 service will be a 21-day rotation covering the ports of Tanjung Pelepas (Malaysia), Singapore, Kuching (Malaysia), Muara, Kota Kinabalu, General Santos, Davao City, and back to Tanjung Pelepas.

The first ship on the loop is expected to arrive in Tanjung Pelepas on August 13, 2012. South-bound sailing from General Santos begins on August 19, and from Davao on August 22, the Singapore-based A.P. Moller-Maersk subsidiary said in a statement.
