MCC Transport, the intra-Asia division of Danish giant Maersk Line, has revised its PH4 Service to enhance its service offering and strengthen its network.
The revised PH4 service will have a 49-day rotation, covering the ports of Yantian–Hong Kong–Cagayan de Oro–General Santos–Davao–Cagayan de Oro–Keelung–Shanghai–Ningbo–Busan–Vladivostok–Donghae–Lianyungang–Shanghai–Hong Kong–Yantian–Kaohsiung–Manila (North Harbour)–Manila (South Harbour)–Batangas–Yantian.
In an advisory, MCC Transport said the revised service will provide its customers direct links from Busan to Vladivostok, from Taiwan to Manila ports, and from the Philippines to Taiwan. Moreover, additional products can be carried from Hong Kong to Kaohsiung and Shanghai and Ningbo to Busan, while providing faster transport of products from Shanghai to Batangas, and from Ningbo to Vladivostok.
The revised service also provides connections for Donghae and Lianyungang to intra-Asia markets.
Recently, MCC tweaked its PH1 service to include Batangas port in its rotation.
MCC’s Philippine operations comprise four services – one Davao, one in Cagayan de Oro, and two in General Santos. It also has three weekly calls at the Manila International Container Terminal, one in Manila South Harbor, and one in Subic port.
