PSAAPresidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio B. Coloma, Jr. was guest speaker at the recent 2nd general membership meeting (GMM) of the Philippine Ship Agents Association (PSAA) held at Solaire Resort and Casino. Among topics discussed were port congestion–specifically focusing on non-containerized cargoes serviced by ship agents–and the vital role of ship agents in the shipping industry. PSAA also suggested the creation of a single agency that would integrate and handle all concerns in the shipping and logistics business.
