Representative Bernadette Herrera-Dy is involved in legislation on corporate income tax reform, shipping charges, and amendments to the Public Service Act.

House of Representatives deputy majority floor leader and Bagong Henerasyon Partylist representative Bernadette Herrera-Dy has been named one of the keynote speakers for this year’s SCMAP Supply Chain Conference, the country’s biggest annual supply chain conference and exhibition happening on September 19-20, 2019.

Herrera-Dy is involved in legislation on corporate income tax reform, shipping charges, and amendments to the Public Service Act.

Herrera-Dy joins this year’s roster of speakers from the government and private sector who will speak on topics such as building capacity and capability in supply chain, and tackle issues around cold chain logistics, data privacy, and operational excellence.

The SCMAP Supply Chain Conference is the most prestigious event in Philippine supply chain, bringing together over 350 delegates across manufacturing, distribution, retail, supply chain and other related sectors.
