SDV International Logistics recently took a minority interest in the FAST Overseas group, present in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Italy.

With a turnover of US$30 million and 90 people, FAST Mondial & Marine, the group’s Lebanese entity, is the top freight forwarder in Lebanon. Its reputation is built on over 30 years’ experience, particularly during difficult periods in the region.

With subsidiary companies in Jordan and Syria, FAST Overseas group increases SDV’s presence in the Middle East and confirms its willingness to invest in the Southern Mediterranean area.

SDV also took a majority stake in FAST France. With a turnover of 12 million euros and 25 people, FAST France specializes in outbound flows to the Middle East. The company has cooperated for 25 years with FAST Lebanon and is involved in significant volumes to the Persian Gulf.

Finally, SDV acquired 100% of FAST Italy (turnover of 3 million euros and 10 people), managed jointly with FAST Overseas and FAST France. Fast Italy also specializes in outbound flows to the Middle-East.

SDV International Logistics currently has more than 525 agencies in 90 countries.
