Philippine oil company Jetti Petroleum, Inc recently opened a bulk terminal in Iloilo City , 564 kilometers south of Manila, to serve its network of retail gas stations in Western Visayas.

The Jetti Iloilo Bulk Terminal is a five million-liter-capacity fuel depot located within the Iloilo Fish Port Complex. This is the company’s third bulk terminal, with the two others located in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental in Mindanao and Naic, Cavite in Luzon.

The company opened its first gas station in Iloilo early last month. Three more are expected to be opened within the fourth quarter of the year.

To date, Jetti has 10 retail stations in Central Visayas, two of which were opened only this year.

Jetti is a 100% Filipino-owned company engaged in the importation, blending, distribution and retailing of petroleum products. The company was initially formed under the name of Jetti Corporation on April 5, 1998 and supplied fuels to industrial firms and transport terminals at first but soon ventured into the fuels retailing business by putting up gas stations under the JETTI brand name.
