The Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP) Visayas Chapter has elected its new Board of Directors for 2017.

Gilbert Cabataña of LF Philippines was reelected as president during the group’s Supply Chain Management Forum held on January 20 at the Sarrosa International Hotel in Cebu City.

AAI Worldwide Logistics’ Marivic Esmero is vice president while Dropbox, Inc.’s Mae Masnayon is secretary.

Boeing Material Handling Corp.’s Arnold Jumalon and Transfluent Management Inc.’s Roberto Cabaero were elected as treasurer and auditor, respectively.

Naga Port and Shipping Marine Services Inc.’s Dr. Rodien Paca, meanwhile, is public relations officer.

The Chapter’s directors for 2017 are Alfie Amontos (ABM Global Solutions Inc.), Crisanto Elmer Dolina (Adsia Logistics), Glenn Manguilimotan (Treasure Island Industrial Corporation), and Alan Jesus Salmero (Julie’s Franchise Corp).

SCMAP, formerly the Distribution Management Association of the Philippines, aims to lead the supply chain management profession in the Philippines by developing, advancing, and disseminating supply chain knowledge and research in the country. The Visayas Chapter was founded in 2013. It also has a chapter in Cagayan de Oro and will soon launch a Northern Luzon chapter.
