Magsaysay Transport and Logistics, Corp (MTLC) recently signed an agreement with IP Converge Data Center for use of the latter’s cloud-based Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Salesforce.com will be used for various aspects of the business such as account management, marketing automation, database management, pipeline management, and business analytics, and reporting. “We have offices in practically all major ports and cities in the Philippines, and because we foresee CRM as an integral part of our day-to-day operations, it is important that we are able to easily deploy a solution that allows quick user adoption for unhampered operations and real-time information updates,” Doris Magsaysay-Ho, president and chief executive of Magsaysay Maritime Corp, mother company of MTLC, said.
