ICTSI Foundation, Inc, the corporate social responsibility arm of Philippine-based International Container Terminal Services, Inc (ICTSI), and toy store Toys ‘R Us of Robinson’s Malls recently held a Christmas gift giving activity for beneficiaries of the Lusog Dunong program, a supplemental feeding program for children-cum-capability building program for mothers of select indigent communities of Tondo, Manila. Some 2,000 school children from elementary schools and child care centers of Parola and Isla Puting Bato communities, immediate communities of ICTSI’s flagship terminal Manila International Container Terminal, trooped to the Delpan Sports Complex for the activity. Present during the program were (from left) Niño Dela Dela Cruz, City of Manila councilor; Laurene Pio Rada, Toys ‘R Us Robinson’s Place Ermita branch manager; and Filipina C.
