Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) announced the following changes to its management positions effective January 1, 2013:

Bosco Louie will retire from his current role as director of regions management following 37 years of service to OOCL.

Erxin Yao, currently the president of OOCL (USA) Inc. and a director of OOCL, will relocate to Hong Kong to become the director of corporate planning, regions management and corporate administration.

Paul Devine, currently the general manager of corporate logistics, will relocate to San Ramon, California, as president of OOCL (USA) Inc. to head the North America Group.
