VICE PRESIDENT Jejomar Binay recently inducted the officers of Manila Harbour Centre Industrial Park Association (MHCIPA) Inc, the association of locators responsible for the management of the 79-hectare reclaimed area in Vitas, Tondo.

As chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), Binay committed to support the association in improving services to the park’s investors. The MHCIPA will take over management of the area from developer R-II Builders, Inc. The Home Guaranty Corp, an attached agency of the HUDCC already issued a letter to R-II Builders terminating its appointment as Project Manager of the industrial park.
